I am David Gentil and I have been a Real Estate Agent for a little over a year. I reside in Sunbury with my partner Michael and our 2 Shiba Inu dogs, Beamer and Keba. I am a 2 time Kidney Transplant Recipient (2005 and 2021). Aside from Real Estate, I am a Church Organist. Home ownership is important to me. Why? So many avoid the concept because it is complex. YES! it is complex, however with proper guidance, it is possible to "cross the finish line". Renting is a great tool to have in the short term. However, the money spent renting, you will never see again! Overtime, your the home you own grows equity and you build wealth!
